We have stayed in this property already three times. The staff is very nice, restaurant on site serves delicious authentic food (make sure to book a table for dinner!), insect nets in the windows, spacious parking available, nice and cozy rooms with modern bathrooms. Great atmosphere.

Best breakfast I had in a hotel and best hotel spa I visited during my long life. Huge choice of vegetables, including fresh avocado, cheeses, dairy, breads, etc, excellent coffee. Clean room, comfortable bed, swimming pool with view of the lake. Not crowded at all. Helpful staff. Only wish we stayed for longer than 1 night.

Close to the lake. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants . Air con much appreciated as it was very warm weather. Tea and coffee making facilities. Person on Receptionist spoke excellent English, very helpful. Garage parking for motorbikes.

The location in town and next to all the amenities were spot on. You could not ask for a better situation for the price of the room. The room was spacious and tasteful and modern without being over the top. The breakfast is worth every penny. The staff was fantastic.

Breakfast is from 6AM till 11 AM , Everything is their from fruits , eggs and all types of breads, butter and salad. Room was superb, and it gets clean Everyday, Bathroom, too good, Balcony to view outside, lake one side bus stand in the front, and on other side have Train station.

This privately owned Seevital Hotel & SPA - Ihr 4 Sterne Superior Hideaway direkt am See is located directly on Lake Constance, near all tourist attractions and the Friedrichshafen Exhibition Centre.

The location of the hotel is superb (directly on the promenade beside the lake). The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alia and Stan. I stayed in two rooms here (both with a lake view and balcony) 110 and 505. Both were great. I didn't use the wellness spa but it looked lovely.
