The hotel is beautiful! Cozy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I traveled with my daughter so we asked to use the sauna. It was very clean and relaxing The restaurant on the other side of the road is excellent!!! Breakfast was very good. The staff never gave you the feeling they want you to leave. I stayed to work at the beautiful winter garden and it was great. We had the best time.

So…you were our second hotel. This hotel…OMG. You are located STRAIGHT in the center, the Center Cathedrale is just on the right. Loved loved loved! The most tasty restaurant is just a door opening from this hotel. We ate there and it was just PERFECT! Thank you Riku Hotel! You are in our top 2! They told us that the parking was neat and it was indeed so close- just 2 mins! Keep it going!

There was clean in the room except internals of the couch. Everyone of the personnel I talked to was of help. The hotel has sensible arriving hours. It was possible to park the car almost under the window. Overall, so far the best German hotel I stayed in.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and the entry where you find your own key is very convenient as we were quite late thanks to traffic. A great shower and breakfast helped us to get ready for the rest of the trip Wish we could stay longer in such a nice hotel
