Great SPA zone and good massage — there were not so many people in the SPA zone every time we went there, so definitely an amazing experience.
Very good breakfast buffet — variety of food and tastes were high level.
The room was ok, in good condition, though the floor looked a bit "tired".
We definitely enjoyed our stay and properly relaxed before the new year.

Lovely location with view of the Tiefwarensee, 10 minute bike ride to Waren. Large room with very comfy beds although the covers were too thick for summer. Nice dining room and a great breakfast. Excellent spa area, a great place to relax.

Beautiful location, not too far from town and restaurants. The bed was really comfy. The gardens are lovely, too. Plenty of parking spaces.

friendly staff. very clean. my room heating wasn’t strong so they moved me to a bigger room immediately (with better heating). breakfast was great with a lovely view of the lake, asked for a special request for my eggs to be made and no hesitation were made quickly, I liked that there was a coffee machine/ tea station/ fruits/ everything breakfast related really. would recommend!
