The location was perfect for a 1 night layover. Room was clean and big, the bed and TV are huge. The staff is very helpful and always available for us. there is a mall 2 blocks away which is a huge bonus.

Beautiful hotel located in a historic villa just at the Guayaquil waterfront. The owners did an amazing job renovating the building, while at the same time keeping its vintage spirit.
