It is the cleanest place I stayed in Equador. Facilities are great, lots of space to relax, kitchen, garden etc. Location is good, but the staff advise to only walk towards the old town, the other side is a bit dodgy.

The hotel is just what you expect from Wyndham – large clean rooms, comfortable bed, extremely polite staff and delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, right across La Carolina park and next to 3 shopping malls. Excellent hotel for that money.

I loved the breakfast room! The window-filled room gave you such a nice view of the mountains. They also have birds near the eating area in the hotel. The chirping was the perfect morning sound. Oh, and my room! Lets not talk about how beautiful my room was. It was amazing. My cousins stayed in a 2 bed bedroom and it was very big!

Mario, Blanca and Daniel are likely the best and most caring team we have ever met. Can’t underline how much both place, atmosphere, design, comfort, cleanness, history, big rooms and giant bathrooms, central location makes this 10/10/10/10 all over.
