The best stay I probably ever had. The employees were very professional and someone even knew a bit of german. Room was clean and big (32qm2) Breakfast also has vegan options and the SPA is open for everyone. Perfect stay, would come back again. Also the best looking hotel from all Hiltons. The view was amazind and beside the Spa you can also bath in your room even in a normal room, not just a Suite.

The apartments are located very close to the city center. Overall, the apartment was sparkling clean, with a lot of available towels and the kitchen amenities where exactly what is needed for a solo/business traveler. My fav hotel in Tallinn when I come for work. Right in the heart of the city, near the best cafe Røst, though the hotel breakfast will not leave you wish for anything. Spa is open til 10pm and a small gym on the top floor is 24h. The room is always perfect temperature and the pillow is actually comfortable.

What an experience! Best customer service, so helpful and professional, we got a free upgrade to a superior room with view to freedom square. Location of the hotel is fantastic and breakfast and gym/spa is an extra bonus. We liked it so much that we added on one extra night. Loved it and will be back for sure

    A wonderful hotel - everything was held to the highest standard - beautiful and clean room, relaxing SPA at the hotel, beautiful views of the Tallinn old town, wonderful breakfast with both buffeet and a'la carte options. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had a complementary bottle of bubbles waiting for us in the room, all the staff was super accommodating and professional and everything was either meeting or exceeding expecations. Thank you!

    We had such a wonderful time: we booked suite to celebrate our anniversary and the stuff had decorated the room with rose petals for us. 🌹❤️We also had lovely time in the spa that we had luxury to use just for ourselves. Breakfast was also really good and location was perfectly nearby old town and park.

    Very attentive and friendly staff. We had our anniversary and the hotel provided us with a lovely surprise in the room. Beautiful spa with sauna and jacuzzi included. Excellent stay!!

    The hotel was beautifully finished and in a great location. The spa is a total bonus and on sub zero days it was lovely to warm up in the Saunas and the jacuzzi. It was the perfect base for a city break and the room upgrade and fizz was the icing on the cake. Thankyou!

    We loved our stay at My City Hotel. The location was excellent, right in the Old Town. We were just a few minutes' walk from Kiek in de Kok, Viru gates and the Town Hall Square. Breakfast had a lot of options and we enjoyed the sauna. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in early which was helpful. We were upgraded and found a small gift of chocolates in our room for our anniversary which was a lovely touch.
