We were greeted by Walid at the reception with a smile and professionalism. He answered all our wishes and made our stay unique. The water in the outdoor pool is very warm and suitable for children, cleanliness and friendly staff everywhere. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Pyramids Park Resort Cairo is set in 25 acres of gardens, just 5 minutes drive from the Pyramids. It has a 1750 square metre pool and all its rooms have balconies.

Everything about this hotel was First Class and amazing. The garden area and hotel premises were very nice and clean. Reception staff and house cleaning staff were very kind, hospitable, and friendly. We had an issue in our room, and the reception staff changed our room immediately with an upgraded room. We can not forget that they gave us upgraded room on a small complaint. Staff gave us very much respect and tried to help us throughout our stay. I thank all the staff from my heart. Very pleasant stay in a 5 star hotel right by the pyramids. I enjoyed my stay so much and was being attended to by professional well trained staff. My special thanks to the managers: mr ali from the front desk and mr abdel ghaffar the duty manager, also the kind f&b managers. The room was very clean and the sheets changed daily. Breakfast was also delicious. The gardens are so relaxing and well kept. Live music by the pool in the evening.Thank you mr walid gm for reviving this beautiful hotel.It was a great pleasure.Looking forward to my next visit inshallah.
