    Great hospitality, loved the staff and service. The Birthday cake surprise for my mom was a beautiful gesture. The rooms are lovely and clean. What a great hotel to stay in. My mum and I tried the aroma massage, which was so good and relaxing. The beach area is one of the good spots in Alexandria that felt like a pool with no waves.

    Very friendly staff makes you feel like home.the receptionist was a sweetheart. We opened our room to find a happy anniversary cake which was such a lovely gesture. Thanks to all the staff and will definitely go there again.

    My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here. We stayed in the Royal Suite and it was so spacious and comfortable and clean. Our balcony opened right up onto the pool area. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially Mina George in the restaurant. The food was delicious and such good value for money. Good location to all the sights. Would stay again!

    This is a very unique and historical building. The rooms are beautiful, and even when a problem arose, the staff was very quick to fix it. It was my husband and I's honeymoon, and we upgraded our room, and the hotel went above and beyond to do special touches. That was so sweet! Also location is right near the water, it's beautiful! Bassant at reception was amazing! Thank you for all your help!
