The Grand Plaza Hotel is a perfect and very nice hotel. All employees are very helpfull and kind. The hotel and rooms are very clean. I liked also the breakfeast and dinner. The hotel is also a perfect place for families. My little son was happy there and he got a lot of positive attention and love from the employees. We really enjoyed our stay in the Grand Plaza Hotel and I definitely recommend it!

It is a historic landmark surrounded by King Farouk's palace from one side and El Salamlek Palace from the other side. The hotel witnessed scenes from a 100 different cinema movies during the 1960's and 1970's. The breakfast buffet at the morning terrace overlooking the bay is one of the best hotel's perks. Also the Italian restaurant which also has an awesome international menu is more than awesome. The fisherman soup was a great new discovery this time! Staff was very helpful everywhere.

We were here for a wedding. We thought it would be convenient to stay overnight, and luckily the hotel and staff didn't disappoint. They helped us with everything from transportation, exchanging money, getting our debit card back after it was taken by the ATM in the hotel (oops), packing lunches for our return trip, and everything else we needed. Special thanks to Aliaa Khallaf and the director, Ahmed, for helping us get our debit card back on a Thursday afternoon. They made the impossible possible by getting it back before our trip.
