The breakfast was amazing! A wide variety of breakfast items. Staff was great and food tasted delicious! The breakfast venue is very spacious and well kept up! We stayed in room #922, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. I really have to give props the the housekeeping staff on this floor. Fardous El Hamid was absolutely amazing. She kept everything well stocked and clean at all times! She would make a special effort to check if we needed anything and ALWAYS With a beautiful smile and great attitude. I commend her supervisor Naglaa Hedar for great training of her staff.

Everything was over my expectations. Every floor had a little lobby/living room which we, 3 friends travelling together, single rooms, used every evening. There we checked our social network on internet, talked, discussed our day and what to do next day. Every staff member in the hotel was very service minded, positive and helpful, great people. The location of the hotel was absolutely excellent, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Incredible value for money. They even had a pool, which was a great bonus. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The beds were soft and spotless, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel was lovely and definitely worth the price. Without a doubt, it’s the best location, truly unbeatable and very safe. The reception staff and all the workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
