Amazing hotel. The rooftop infinity pool had a fantastic view of the city and Mediterranean Sea. The spa facilities were also fantastic. The private beach is beautiful with great shisha. They also have a lovely Greek restaurant and Lebanese restaurant with AMAZING VIEWS, a comfortable and sleek cigar lounge, daily entertainment and a pateserie spot in hotel. Every staff member went over and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Would recommend to anyone in area.

the location is great near from everything , the staff are very very friendly, smiley help as much as they can , the lobby is very active there is a nice valley for the car which helps me a lot. they give the gustes plat of fruits which is nice from their side the menu of the food inside the hotel it’s reasonable as same as outside restaurants the breakfast in the roof has amazing view

We liked the room nice and spacious comfortable beds, air conditioned rooms. Staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms daily serviced unless you choose to opt out. Housekeeping staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurants on site have great food and good variety of dishes. All services provided including arranging taxi for guests, our taxi driver was Muhammad Javid who provided a great service on behalf of the hotel, we would highly recommend requesting for Muhammad Javid. This was our first experience in Egypt, we're really pleased we stayed at Ridisson Blu and will certainly stay there for future visits. The hotel has thought of everything to accommodate guests which is brilliant. The location is on the outskirts of the main city Alexandria it's a safe and well secured place with security on premises. Thanking Radisson all staff for an enjoyable stay. We would like to make a special mention to the second in charge at The Lake restaurant thank you for your hospitality, a special mention to the shuttle driver who picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief history listen on our drive to the hotel, thank you.
