Since I discovered this hotel nearly 20 years ago, I have stayed here on numerous occasions, and I simply love it more each time! It has everything I wish for in a hotel: perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, lovely grounds, and, not least, the most wonderful staff! They really go out of their way to help you with any problem you might have, they are invariably friendly and warm and make you feel so appreciated and welcome. On this last occasion, when I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where I really needed help, I had three "special angels": guest relation Reham, and managers Mohammed Youssuf and Elagia. A huge "Thank you" to all of you!

The location on the quite side next to the water was fantastic, with a nice view of the sunset too. There was steps into the water so you can take a swim if you want to. Rawia was a fantastic host. She was like a mom to everyone.
