For me this place was perfect! Quiet, pretty clean (surely above Egyptian standard), hosted by a nice family, with a terrace and a view of the Nile. What else would you need... I highly recommend to everyone to stay in the Elephantine island so you can experience peace and quiet, and life of the native Nubian people. Baba Dool is a great choice.

We arrived at midnight, they organised a taxi who dropped us in the place. We were leaving at 4am to Abu Simbel and they already had breakfast nox ready for us for the next mort with cheese, eggs and bread, they were amazingly helpful

    We enjoy a beautiful time at Baba Dool, beautiful views, quiet and relax place, very close to Aswan center and other places to discover around! Nice Nubian food and lovely conversations The owner is a beautiful woman who helps us to plan magnificent adventures to Isis temple, Abu Simbel and felucca journey. In sha allah we cross again!
