Amazing ! Everything was perfect, from the recovery at the airport, to the end of our trip. All excursions were organised by the concierge, Ahmed Hassan, who is absolutely offering a very high level of service. Thanks to his implication and coordination, our stay was fantastic and my wife has enjoyed a perfect surprise birthday. Congratulations to him and to the whole staff ( restaurants and spa ) for making an incredible guest experience. We will come back !!
