The facilities were top class, very nice pool and three different restaurants inside the hotel to choose from. Also the room was super clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful with all our requests ( with an exception) . The let us do an early check in and upgrade our room for free. We were upgrade to a room with a Niles view, room was big and clean so was the bathroom, wifi worked, a/c worked, tea and coffee in the room, fridge, lovely balcony. Breakfast was gorgeous and so many options. We tried dinner in one of the restaurant and food was divine. Pool was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful. The reception staff surprised me with a room upgrade to their one and only Presidential Suite! As a solo traveller it was huge but it was so perfect for a relaxing and pampering night (jacuzzi) after days of travelling around Egypt. I can't get enough of the stunning sunset from the balcony with a panoramic view. They also have an excellent breakfast.
