The hotel was beyond what we expected, it was comfortable, clean, and elegant, the attention to detail was impressive and didn't go unnoticed. Liked everything. Starting from the reception, as we were met by the manager Asem (if I spelled the name correctly), he was polite, patient, friendly. The infrastructure is normal, the food is varied, the spa is good, everything in this place is excellent, the service is professional, especially the manager Olga, she has a special high professionalism. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good, quality vacation without problems and just for fun. Thank you hotel management!!

The restaurants are also of very high standard. The service is impeccable. Location is also a privilege as it is just by the SOHO Square.

Rooms were excellent. The Sprawling property was beautiful. Honestly after being harassed a lot in other parts of Egypt, come here was like coming to an oasis. Everything was so peaceful, and the staff were so professional. and the food was excellent. Our stay here was the best part of the whole of Egpyt, and that really is saying a lot.
