Overall I would say the stay was very relaxing, the hotel is beautiful and has many up to date facilities. The pools were always well maintained and serviced by the bartenders. The beach is spotless. There are activities available throughout the day for adults and children. The hotel has a buffet available for all meals with multiple options available. Cannot fault service, food quality, presentation, and taste at the buffet in particular. The chefs are doing a great job as the food is delicious. There are also a la carte restaurants available. Room cleaning was always good and quick. We never noticed when our cleaner came to clean; it was so efficient and he always did a great job! All the staff were so polite and friendly! I've added a photo i took of one of the staff helping a child on the beach. The interaction was so genuine and heart-warming. We really did enjoy our stay and would certainly come again! However, if you ever find that you do have any concerns or issues, you simply have to tell the guest-relations manager, and like magic, your problem will disappear!

Possibly my favorite hotel in the world. The staff are just amazing, the facilities out of this world. a fantastic private beach with its own stunning coral reef.

The service is exceptional. Starting all the way from Mohamed at the reception to medhat at the bar and all the boys at the main restaurant. Also the Italian restaurant had great food and an amazing trimasu for dessert i couldn't stop before asking for another. All I can say is the hotel was nice and clean and all staff was exceptionally friendly and professional even the life guards. I would definitely recommend for a nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend and will come again.

Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner where it is buffe. The staff is Very friendly and helpfull, from the janitor/cleaner, bartenders, chefs to the reception manager. Very profesionall. Facilities were good and many pools to choose. Close to the beach too.
