Location, stuff and rooms were absolutely perfect! Not sure if we were luck to get some sort of upgrade, but this time it was one of those rare situations when hotel rooms have exceeded our expectations. We got two rooms, on the top floor with balconies on the roof, from where we could see the whole historic center! Sofas, pillows were great! AC worked just fine. Whilst hotel doesn't have its own parking, in the Pl. Espana (~80m) a huge multi-level underground parking, with pretty good clearance (family mini-van fits ok).

A beautiful hotel with very efficient staff So helpful and friendly Breakfast was exceptional quality Staff could not be more helpful. Rooms were spacious very clean and had beautiful views. Nice added touch of complimentary sweets and beach towel to use.

The host Alberto was just amazing. He took us to the supermarket as we arrived very late and wanted to buy some wine for our last night before we flew back home. Took us to the beach, where we had an amazing Bali Nasi Goreng, too.

The hotel is situated within the Finca de la Magdelena country estate in the highest point of Soto del Barco boasting stunning views and a unique, peaceful setting.

What a beautiful place, location and room. On top of the hill with Mountain View. Large and bright room with big bathroom. Beautiful reception areas . Charm +. Fabulous breakfast. Highly recommended. Treat on Camino del Norte.
