The hostess was so kind, patient, welcoming, accommodating ,and answered all my questions. The hotel is new, modern, clean, practical and had everything I needed. It exceeded my expectations, given it's advertised as a 3-star hotel, felt more like a 5 star. The location is excellent, saw the most breathtaking sunrise there, over the sea.

The area around was beautiful, I really enjoyed my stay here! Every morning my breakfast was waiting for me at the exact time I asked for. Later during my stay I had a conversation with the owner, he is a really gentle and respectable man. He gave me information about the area, the Basque country, and we got talking about it for some time. The music when you enter the hotel is a really nice calming touch to the place. And I fell in love with the style of the building, inside and out! I would definitly recommend this place to others, maybe even come back myself!
