Front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very nice with great comfortable beds. Parking on site is a real bonus and hotel is easy to get to from the highway system.

The hotel was excellent overall. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.
