The check-in was online and afterwards we received instructions how to enter the building and apartment. This was easy and straightforward. I liked the fact that we got codes for access instead of keys. The apartment was great, big and comfy. It was nicely furnished and comfortable. Very clean. It had a coffee machine and lots of coffee for our enjoyment, as well as a complementary bottle of water. It was located centrally, with a nice view. It also had a terrace that all guests could use, so it was nice for a morning coffee or a night chill. We really enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding and remarkable place. Hotel dates from 16th century, looks stylish, with authentic and breath taking interior. We were at junior suite. It was spacious, unusual mix of modern and traditional rustic, with a view to Alhambra, with just few steps walk from Granada old town. Would strongly recommend it.
