The staff exceed expectations at every turn. This is our second time staying at this hotel and it will be our go-to venue in Toledo. I had made a mistake in my haste booking the room and once I mentioned it to the receptionist, she made sure to accomodate me and even upgraded our room at no additional cost.

    The staff were so helpful. Many thanks to JuanMi and the ladies at breakfast. JuanMi changed our room to a bigger one at no extra cost (it was my birthday!) and left a lovely bottle of wine and some chocolates for us! The view from the roof terrace is spectacular! Muchisimas gracias a todo!

    The room was so nice. Not just a place to sleep but somewhere we enjoyed relaxing in. so much character and lovely atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus. The location was second to none. Would highly recommend!

    Beautiful hotel and I got an upgrade to a beautiful room overlooking the river. Room was very spacious with a lovely jacuzzi Pool was lovely also and spa facilities were very big
