Everything was great. The hotel is a fantastic historical hotel, making your stay a truly unique experience. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel and the ferry just a 5-minute walk away, along with all the main attractions. Breakfast is really good, though for dinner, there is only one main course option, which could be an issue for some guests.

The hotel was faultlessly clean. It wasn't a five star hotel, but the cleanliness and the correct arrangement of the utilities and facilities was of a highest level. We had a great experience of Finland in a nutshell in this very hotel plus the green woods surrounding this place is a huge asset for such solitary people as us.     The hotel staff were amazing. So helpful and customer focused. The rooms had a beautiful view. The swimming pool was lovely and relaxing and our 12 year old enjoyed it and the sauna of course. The sky bar was fab. The breakfast was wonderful and the location great. Near public transport, hop on and hop off or just to walk into city centre which we did.

    Nice breakfast. Lovely reception staff. Tasteful decor. We had asked for 2 single beds and were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely Great location, very close to the shopping areas and main sights, easy to walk everywhere.
