Overall a lovely stay with just a few small drawbacks. What I loved most about this hotel was its location — right on the edge of the old town, so it’s very close to the historic center yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the reception team was exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful, which made a big difference during our stay. I especially enjoyed the view from the balcony, which was one of my favorite things about the room. The restaurant was also quite good, with decent food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Very nice and friendly staff, really great breakfast. Good location close to the city center and main sightseeings. Even if there was no place in hotel garage there is big parking house with the cameras just across the street.

The location could not be better for us as the train station was right across the street. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the staff were extremely friendly. The buffet breakfast was more than you get at most hotels and everything was fresh and tasty. Front desk staff and breakfast room staff were exceptional. We will definitely rebook the next time we visit Aix en Provence.
