The exceptional staff service stood out the most! Every staff member were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable! The variety of breakfast was great, I loved the coffee station and especially the 24hr water station which could be refilled. I had a peaceful night sleep and my bed was super comfortable. I am definitely returning to Hotel Majestic in September.

Everything was wonderful.The location of hotel was perfect. İt is in the heart of Bordeaux. You can understand how peerfect the location is from the nearby luxry stores. Louis Vuiton,Hermes,Rolex -they are only 30 seconds distant from hotel.And What I liked most the personel of hotel is really very helpful ,cheerful,and friendly.Especially the recepcionist whose name is Saad was amazing he was the most friendly personel that I have ever met in a hotel.He is not like a personel but like a friend to me. So I liked Bodeaux and Hotel Konti very much. I advise everybody to come to Bordeaux and stay in this lovely hotel.

The location is excellent. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathroom is spotless and has all you need and a few extras. Tea and coffee great in the room, some milk would be wonderful. Breakfast is good, be sure to ask if you want something, staff happy to oblige. For an Irish person, tea could be hotter. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Bordeaux.
