The staff was warm, kind, and very very competent. They provided us with additional information and even offered us a larger room at same rate (on the base of availabity of course). The whole structure was functional and very clean; the reception is 24/24. The hotel is close to the city center, a bus and metro stop as well as the major attractions; there's plenty of bars, restaurants, shops of all kinds, including a huge mall just around the corner. Really recommended for both work trips and cultural holidays!

Room very comfortable and clean The only comment I would make concerns the lighting in the bathroom which is not very bright when shaving or when my wife was doing her makeup

The hotel is beautifully and tastefully furnished. There was a wide choice for breakfast, served in a very pleasantly decorated breakfast room. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and courteous. The locations is ideal, close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the central square.

On the Grand Place in Old Lille, Grand Hotel Bellevue - Grand Place is set in a building of Flemish architecture and the rooms offer a marble bathroom and antique furniture.

superb and very helpful staff. the gave us an extra room even though we had probably made a mistake in our room. They found us batteries in the middle of the night for our medical devices. the printed documents. they were just awesome The location could not be better. and Lille is a wonderful town

Fabulous hotel to stay at. This was our second time there and we will definitely be back again. The location is close to good restaurants and a wonderful spa! We stayed in a Privilege Double Room which was very spacious. The breakfast was great as always - love the omelet! And a special thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!
