The location is excellent. Very close to the Grotto. There are many restaurants in the area. The room in the hotel is clean and the water pressure is good. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff are very helpful. Looking forward to staying in this hotel again.

A lovely property with a friendly front office team - Abby was helpful with requests - Breakfast was wonderful with the friendly service team and great variety of cold cuts, hot selections and fruit, tea and coffee! Dinner was also fantastic and the warmth of the staff made the stay memorable.

Beautiful building. A great location in central Lourdes. The staff were so wonderful too. It was a lovely time and I could have stayed longer.

The rooms were really spacious. It is the best of the Best Western Hotels that we've stayed in. Breakfast was very good.

Room looks very elegant and so comfy. How I wish I could stay longer in Lourdes, I could have just staycation in the hotel room. 😊 with fridge and kettle, so you can just bring your own drinks and food and have staycation in there 😊

It was a very nice stay with economically priced and a very good location closer to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes! Very nice staff at the reception who were very helpful and also assisted in booking cab to the airport. Overall a great stay!
