Lovely room, bright and comfortable. Good breakfast. The kindest and most helpful staff. Good position in a quiet area, close to the beach, to the tram stop from the airport and to the city centre, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

Lovely hotel, beautiful room with an amazing view to the sea in a quiet location. The room was smelling really nice and was very clean. The breakfast place was lovely aswell. I would like to thank Mr.Philip who was really friendly and helpful. He gave nice tips about places to see/eat in Nice (you should trust his suggestions). I will absolutely come back again to this wonderful hotel!

Plenty of parking for our hire car. Very good neighborhood and close enough to Nice center and promenade. Lovely terrace and sea views. Wish we could stay there more :)

The hotel is very nice, good location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Private parking if offered which is very important if you travel by car. No headache to find public parking. The room was rather small but well furnished and very clean. It was very quiet at night. The hotel is closed to the embankment and to an old town and other places of attraction.

The Esatitude is located 200 metres from Virgile Barel Tramway station, which provides access to central Nice. It offers rooms and suites, each with a private furnished terrace and free Wi-Fi.
