The room was very spacious and it had everything I needed. The bed was comfy. The stuff was really friendly and helpful. And it was nice that they have a Fitness area, even with only 4 machines, it helped to keep my routine.

The room was perfect. It is incredible how many sound and noise the windows are able to cancel, since there was a party outside, and it was barely impossible to hear it from the inside, which is great. The breakfast was ok, there was a water fountain at the corridor and the people is kind. Awesome place to stay.

Perfect for a weekend with friends!!! The room is not big but it can accommodate 4 people, a balcony and there is also a kitchenette in case you want to cook. We loved how spacious our room was, how it over-looked Capitol Square and was close to absolutely everything. Despite this, it was a quiet location. The bed was wonderful….. and the reception staff were very helpful. We didn’t eat at the hotel only because there were so many places close by to investigate. It cost under 10 euros by taxi from the train station but twice that to return due to cross roads and traffic lighting. Still far cheaper than many other cities in France where we have been staying.

Booked a family room and was not disappointed. Rooms were spacious enough and even had a kitchenette. Location was central to transportation, great eateries, and bars (wine to be exact). Highly recommend their breakfast buffet. Rivals Vegas any day, to include being VERY kid-friendly. It was made for every kind of food preference with great staff service. Their lobby bar was nice, and extra bonus you get a 5€ drink voucher if you forgo room cleaning each day. Brand selection was also impressive.

    The hotel kindly upgraded us so our room was excellent. The weather was terrible so it was nice to be able to relax in comfort. Location couldn't have been better and the staff on reception were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

    The receptionists were lovely, they gave us good tips to have breakfast in town after offering the hotel breakfast and also where to go sight seeing. we were only 1 day in Toulouse, their private parking is amazing and the valet was friendly, we needed to go back and forth to the car the whole time and not once was anyone annoyed. We got a free upgrade for the room, the bed was amazing. 100% recommend
