Absolutely lovely hotel - my partner and I prefer places that are modern and this hotel is beautifully done. Staff were friendly and informative. Breakfast - good spread of buffet and off the menu choices. Location - at the top of the street, across the river from centre, only 10 mins walk away. We will definitely stay there again if visiting Bath and would highly recommend to others.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Bath in Richard's lovely villa. Close by to the canal walk into town, which is worth doing. Richard was very helpful and informative about the history of the villa and area. We had a comfortable stay and a nice breakfast in the gorgeous dining room.

It is a very stylish hotel with excellent amenities and lovely decoration in the rooms. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Our room was not ready upon our arrival, so we were offered welcome drink while waiting and complimentary breakfast the next day. This situation could not be handled better in my view. Hotel rooms, facilities and breakfast quality are great.
