Excellent booking in was very easy. Iris in Reception was so helpful, efficient and very customer focused. The hotel is smart and the room clean and comfortable. The only thing the room was too warm!

I got a really nice, warm and enthusiastic welcome after a long trip. People that work here are super friendly and helpful when you have a question. I usually never drink unfiltered tap water but The water from the tap taste actually nice, allmost like filtered water! (unlike the rest of the country) Big thanks to receptionist Linda! Really made my stay!

Location was ideal. We were there for graduation at the symphony hall 5mins walk. Close proximity to restaurants. Found an authentic Jamaican restaurant Mellows. Food was great. Room service was great. The steak was the best. Beds are very comfortable. Short stay and will be back
