Best imaginable location. Totally medieval building with appropriate updates. Staff was superb--thank you Monica—and the view of the cathedral from my room was even better than the view from my room when I stayed within the Cathedral Close.

A gorgeous, charming boutique hotel, located in the centre of historic Canterbury. Quirky historic building with modern interior design features. Perfect location for exploring this beautiful city. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean, absolutely loved the luxurious toiletries, Verden is my favourite brand, great tea selection too. The breakfast was not your typical breakfast buffet and in fact a lovely menu cooked to order, it was delicious.

Wow, what a lovely hotel! Would return in a heartbeat, and we are very fussy about our hotels! Tastefully refurbished, light, airy and despite its high street super location our room was very quiet. The staff were delightful and offered us a few room upgrade upon our arrival to a really impressive room.

Everything about The Falstaff was fabulous! The location just minutes from the train station and so central for exploring Canterbury, the lovely staff who really looked after us, the great room which they upgraded, the brilliant cocktail bar and amazing breakfasts! Cannot wait to go back, next time for a romantic getaway with hubbie! This is a gem of a hotel.
