This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. This time it snowed during the first night of my stay so I ended up getting tanning “before and after” photos of the lovely views from the room

This was meant to be a one night stay on our trip around Wales.....but this hotel is so beautiful we opted for two nights. The location in Caerleon is superb, rooms are so clean with excellent furnishings and the complimentary breakfast is a hit. Thank you to the Staff who really know how to provide customer service.

Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms. We were greeted by the lovely Felicity on reception and when we had a question about changing rooms we were given a beautiful complementary upgrade and was greeted with birthday gifts which was an excellent touch. This made our stay. We stayed in the suites by the lake and this was beautiful. Would definitely recommend, they couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back!

The room was nice and was stocked with all the typical things you would need in a hotel room. The bed was comfy, however the pillows were not so great. The bath and shower were lovely and the soaps etc smelt lovely. The breakfast was an £37 buffet for 2 which we filled up on and it was delightful. The complementary spa and jacuzzi were amazing, and the staff, especially Jess were wonderful throughout.
