The staff was extremely nice and the hôtel well located! we were pleased to see that few shops were opened on sunday in the harbour. If you are looking for a pitoresque experience with all commodities around, you will be pleased. PS: the breakfast is exceptional

At last a hotel with decent lighting in the room. A designated space to sit in front of a mirror with great lighting and a plug socket to get ready at. The little things are important. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

    The Moorings, is charming, tasteful, comfortable and very clean. You are always warmly welcomed, the food and customer service is excellent. The Terrace after dinner is a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

    Lovely relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a beautiful location with the castle as a backdrop and overlooking the pretty harbour. Handy for the excellent bus service.

    High class service with elegant but friendly restaurant. Fabulous food with plenty of local seafood options beautifully presented. Good Breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was a little small but lovely view as expected over the harbour and bay. Staff all went the extra mile and tasks interchangeable so that anyone could deal with any need.

    Dinner was delicious, breakfast was great. What a lovely hotel this is - everyone is so friendly, the rooms are comfy, spotlessly clean and the view is heaven. Very high recommendation. I didn't have time to make use of the Yoga room but it looked great.

    Our stay at The Moorings, Gorey, was a luxurious and relaxing experience. Iselin and Matthew - and their team - were absolutely lovely. Our room had a view of the sea which was second to none. The room was beautifully decorated with attention to detail and comfort. The restaurant was top notch - atmosphere, food and service. Thank you for a memorable stay and experience.
