10/10 for the railway inn . Everything was perfect for me . Excellent value , friendly staff , comfy bed and clean room/bathroom . I came down from Huddersfield for the last game of the season , so the location between the local station (never heard any train noise from the room) and the town centre was perfect . The complimentary cereals etc were quite adequate , but I opted for a cooked breakfast downstairs in the pub , which was spot on . I'll definitely stop there again for the football , but I fear it could be a few years off 😁

Check in by Katie was brilliant considering we had made an error. A compliment to the hotel. Doreen the lady who served us breakfast was excellent as well. The staff are all very good. This is a recommended value for money stay.

The place was very warm and friendly, the staff were very professional and nice, the building and surrounding gardens were stunning too.

Cosy, comfortable, on the water, accepted pets, friendly staff. Would have stayed longer in the town just for the hotel, if I hadn't needed to catch a ferry.

Lovely large room with everything we needed in it. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and the food was really nice. All the staff were so friendly.

Around 4 miles from Sudbury, Rectory Manor offers provides elegant rooms with beautiful garden views. With a swimming pool and tennis court, it also offers free parking and Wi-Fi.

We enjoyed the country setting, the grounds, the breakfast, the history and most of all the effort put in by the host. Our room was lovely, with lots of little touches and style. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend a visit.
