Big, clean, modern apartment. Lovely staff, very welcoming. Upgraded our apartment and gifted a bottle of wine for our 40th birthday celebrations! Excellent location. Have booked to stay again.

Thank you for upgrade to penthouse loved the Jacuzzi bath and separate shower . And mini bar was stocked with g ready range of goods.
Breakfast in room was lovely but could do with a menu to know what was available.

The hotel looked lovely when first entering and there was a nice atmosphere, music etc… I was impressed by the jacuzzi style bathtub and it was nice and powerful so that was very relaxing. The only nice thing I found was that my girlfriend had rang the hotel and paid extra for a plate that said happy birthday written in chocolate sauce with some sweet bits on the side.

Very clean, comfy and lovely atmosphere. Not much noise at all considering you are in the city centre. Very relaxing. Good offers on in January, cheap upgrade which included breakfast, executive lounge and complimentary drinks and canopy’s.

Perfect get away- hotel provided a complementary bottle of wine due to the birthday occasion and free room upgrade. Rooms were huge and lovely. Great features and character throughout the hotel. The thermal spa was fab!

The whole building was just absolutely gorgeous! My favourite part was the spa of course, me and my partner had such a relaxing and romantic experience, with a lovely massage! The room was lovely and spacious, great selection of drinks and snacks! I added on the ultimate romantic package which was such a special touch, there was rose petals, prosecco and some chocolates and a message saying happy birthday! I couldnt be more happier of our stay it was honestly amazing!
