Truly fantastic! I arrived at 9am and they allocated me to my room at this time. Check in was much later in the day. The kitchen in the studio is great! Location is a few metres away from underground. Wifi was amazing! Everything was super clean! TV channels - there were lots to choose from. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Like they say, God is in the details...and details is where ME scores very well. Add to that the culture of personalised professionalism and you have a truly beautiful hotel experience. From the warm folks at the reception and the hot breakfast spread, to the cool vibe of the design-driven property and the cold sparkling water on tap - this was a stay packed with little surprises. And yes, the complimentary goodies in the room certainly added to the pampering quotient. The ME stay was an integral part of our beautiful London holiday. Very luxurious hotel at the best location in London (very nice neighbourhood with many interesting places). All staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the young brown-haired trainee who sent us to the wrong elevator but immediately followed us in the next elevator and apologised kindly and sent us the correct way (the interaction was funny and sweet). The room was VERY clean, luxurious, and well equipped. Though the windows were not openable (which is of course the case in most hotels) and I am very sensitive to non-fresh air, I got accustomed to the AC quickly and had no problem sleeping (in fact, I slept very well). The cold breakfast buffet is well balanced (cheese, ham, fruits, sweets, yoghurt, cereal, etc.) and the à la carte hot breakfast meals (one per person per day, duh) are very tasty. The ordered enhancement of the room (rose petals) was very nicely executed. We thank every one of the staff for their great work.

Situated in a lovely part of London, well connected with central London. The room was great, clean and well equipped. Really comfortable matress, hot drinks available in room. Breakfast was amazing, staff friendly and helpful. We also got free vouchers for drinks at the bar in a stunning beer garden, which was a lovely surprise. We will definitely stay there again
