Staff were friendly and welcoming. we had a room upgrade as it was my husbands birthday which was lovely. we ordered breakfast to the to the room the next morning and it was delicious. The pool was very busy but family friendly and we had a lovely time. We got a lovely upgrade to resort king/twin. We also had cupcakes in room when we got back. Bed super comfy, room was gorgeous. The lobby and bars were beautifully decorated for Christmas. The style is in keeping with the original building and it’s perfect! The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
