One of the best of many places we staid in in Scotland! the location, the view, the facilities, the cleanliness and the food quality is exceptional!!! The pictures on Booking does not do justice with this place! In the evening 2 open fireplaces, operating bar, live music concert of 2 ladies playing folk Scottish music were a delight! Elderslie is situated in a beautiful part of Oban just on the outskirts. It's surrounded by trees and a picturesque view and very quiet. It's about a 25 minute walking distance to the town centre which is perfect. The couple who own it are really lovely, so friendly and can't do enough for you. Also, unlike some places in Oban, they don't lock you out after a certain time at night, so you can come and go as you please. My room was beautifully decorated and well presented, very clean.

It is located out of the busy village of Oban. It is a tranquil haven with lovely views of rolling hills. It is a short drive into town . The accommodation is clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Carol, our host went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of variety. Bobby also gave us some great tips for our next stop which we later enjoyed. Oban itself is very busy and parking is difficult and metered. After 6 pm it is free so that’s the time to head into town for a meal.

A stay at Dungallan Country House can only every described as a luxury experience.

An absolutely fabulous place with a magnificent view, couple of minutes walk from the town. Quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming. We’re very happy to have found this gem! Our stay was perfect.

The room was brand new, everything was spotless clean. The balcony has glass walls and you can spend a beautiful evening or night there. There is a bar downstairs, the staff is helpful and there is a free parking.
