    Staff were brilliant Anne Marie, Judith and Izzy just some names to mention who were lovely and others on housekeeping and the kitchen did really well too. Nice and relaxing short drive into Otley and the Chevin for walking is just over the road.

    We had a fantastic stay the place is beautiful very relaxing the staff are amazing so friendly the rooms are lovely we stayed in one in the middle of the wood it was outstanding food is lovely can’t wait to go back !!!!

    I have stayed at the hotel many times and noticed some positive changes since my last stay in October. The showers in the spa are much improved and it is now cheaper for a resident to use the pool. The dining area has had a lovely upgrade, and breakfast was served at the table and quite fresh. The cabin had some new touches too. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

    location good for Leeds airport. Hotel room small but comfortable; the wall and ceiling seem like log cabin beams! Checking in - reception staff seemed very busy in a long phone conversation. The garden lounge is lovely to relax in (tho a bit cold, in early March). The hotel can do free parking for a pre-flight stay. and there's a back road route to Sentinel car park

    Very comfortable nights stay in a cosy little cabin. Everything we needed was there for a lovely relaxing weekend with the most beautiful surroundings.

    Lovely location in the woods and by a lake. The en-suite bathroom were new modern nice bath and shower. Spa was very good, with gym saunas steam room outdoor jacuzzi and garden loungers. Massage was very good, relaxing. Food was good, price included breakfast. Some nice walks close to the hotel. Staff were all very nice and went out of their way to assist you.
