Fantastic staff. The food was delicious, apart from the breakfast, we ate there twice for dinner - it was that good. Our room was huge and comfortable.

The hotel was in a good location. I could walk from the train station, and the castle was also within walking distance. The room was clean. It was a nice touch to find a small bottle of sherry in the room.

Very nice hotel and a warm reception from the staff. Ideally located for Stirling Castle and the Old Jail. Great Italian restaurant across the road. Would recommend.

Built in 1854, this hotel was once the High School of Stirling. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the city’s historic castle, it has an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant.
