Timo and his wife are very welcoming, helpful and nice. They had good advice on the visits to do. The homemade wine is excellent. The room was big, well equipped, with a great view. The garden is beautiful. Strongly recommended !

From the get-go the experience in this guest house was amazing. The host was warm, helpful and respectful. The room I stayed in was cozy and had the equipment for me to work online. The location of the guest house is just a few hundred metres from the dead city centre and also very close to all the attractions in the city. Fab location.. Very Peaceful. Studio with a neat kitchenette and attached bathroom. Grimi has his own wine cellar with home made chacha and wine. We got a taster of both and a small bottle of wine Walkable distance from everything in Borjomi. We walked to the national park (1.5km), bus station 500m, train station 500m which is very close to the historical Park, Rico credit currency exchange.

Hotel is located next to Borjomi park - it is very convienient. Staff was extremely helpful and flexible, always helped and answered all questions. SPA services were extremelly good and food at the hotel was great! Wonderful stay - loved it so much that extended an extra day. Will come back for sure.
