Big and clean room, bathroom super clean. Host was really nice but mainly speaks russian (not a problem). Location is good in terms of how you can walk around in Batumi. Really good value for your money!

The hotel has great location, close to old town and promenade. Not usually used by families but they adjusted the room and we enjoyed it. Good services, professional staff, especially Giorgi from front desk, who except other helped us return our forgotten stuff. I can recommend this place. Thanks

The staff upgraded me on arrival to the executive suite, the best room they had! They were really accommodating to my needs and took care of me like I was royalty! For this price I paid, I got a heavenly treatment, whereas in other countries for the same price I would get a 3star hotel room with no breakfast even included.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed including towels, water, coffee and cream, shampoo and other stuff. Also, there are a bar, cafe, restaurant and a little corner with snacks in the lobby as well, and an option of ordering meals to the room. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, so we felt like at home. Next time we visit Batumi we would like to stay in Hilton Batumi again.

The room was equipped with everything one may need during her stay and more :) The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the old part of Batumi, great restaurants, walking streets and shops are nearby. I am quite impressed by this Hotel, did not expect such comfort and luxury.
