Friendliness. Accomodative and Cooperative. Price of the room was very reasonable I got an opportunity to meet the entire owner family. Everyone was very nice and kept on checking if everything was ok with us. We reached late at night @ 3am but the owner waited for us and welcomed politely. There was no tension of checkout timings. I can anytime recommend the place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Betlemi Old Town Hotel. It is ideally located for exploring the old town, in particular the nearby Sulfur Baths. The personal wine tasting by Natalia was also a lovely addition to our trip. She was very helpful and even made us sandwiches to take with us for breakfast when we had an early morning train.

Very comfortable and conveniently located hotel in the bath district. The room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was excellent. Helpful staff and good, relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is a short walk from the main tourist sites, but also close to the botanic gardens if you want some peace.

The location is good, 15 mins to the main area of old town and it is very quiet at night as the hotel is located off the street. Good place if you have a car. Friendly hosts, they allowed us to leave a bag and collect it a week later.
