Friendliness. Accomodative and Cooperative. Price of the room was very reasonable I got an opportunity to meet the entire owner family. Everyone was very nice and kept on checking if everything was ok with us. We reached late at night @ 3am but the owner waited for us and welcomed politely. There was no tension of checkout timings. I can anytime recommend the place.

stunning place! absolutely worth the money and your time in Tbilisi. Great location in the city center and easy to get everywhere. Very stylish and modern place. We booked 3 rooms for our family and each of them were great : clean, cozy and spacious. We also really enjoyed restaurant downstairs for dinner. special thanks to the staff of the hotel, everyone was super friendly from the reservation process, when I had questions about bathrooms in the room, till the check out. oh and I fell in love with their “I want to sleep” rabbit toy that they use instead of ‘Do not disturb’ sign.

We had a wonderful stay experience. We enjoyed hospitality like family guests. Ms. Khatuna is an extremely humble and kind lady. She personally takes care of everything. Breakfast was also great everyday.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Betlemi Old Town Hotel. It is ideally located for exploring the old town, in particular the nearby Sulfur Baths. The personal wine tasting by Natalia was also a lovely addition to our trip. She was very helpful and even made us sandwiches to take with us for breakfast when we had an early morning train.

I spent a week in the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay. My room was a little smaller than I expected, so if you are claustrophobic, take a bigger room. I did not spend too much time in the hotel anyway. Had no view from the window. Also I like to have windows open at night, and there was a club somewhere in the neighborhood, dancing and music till 11pm almost daily. But after that very quiet. And of course you have to be prepared that the hotel is located up the hill. So going to the hotel is a little fitness which I did not mind. Highly recommended!

The location is good, 15 mins to the main area of old town and it is very quiet at night as the hotel is located off the street. Good place if you have a car. Friendly hosts, they allowed us to leave a bag and collect it a week later.
