Romantic Hotels in Telavi

We had the best stay at Tamari Guesthouse.. starting with being welcomed by Tamari herself and all 3 beautiful resident dogs ❤️ It felt like we were staying at a family home, Tamari would always check if we needed anything like an umbrella for the rain and give us fruit from her garden. It has a perfect, central location and the room was big, spacious and the shared kitchen was also large and modern with a cute balcony. We loved our time there and miss Amy, Betty and Tangala 🐶 already!

So romantic place! Atmospheric rooms, as a whole hotel, actually. Amazing authentic furniture, and beautiful territory around. Attentive and friendly staff made our small vacation double better:)

Wonderful resort in superb location. I've heard much about Lopota before, but all expectations are exceeded. Professional staff, great quality of services and facilities. I am impressed by attention to details.

The owners of the guesthouse (Dima and her husband Levi) are some of the sweetest people I have had the privilege to meet during my travels in Georgia. They have a wonderful home and I felt like a member of their family for the four nights that I stayed there. Breakfast can be arranged for an additional cost and it is excellent value for money (you will get a delicious spread of Georgian food that will give you enough energy for the rest of the day!) Dima speaks good English and is very social. She is happy to have a conversation with you about a range of different topics. I learned a lot about Georgian history from her. Please spend some time talking and getting to know them when you are not busy exploring Kakheti. They are genuinely curious about their guests and they are interested to know more about which part of the world you come from Even though I did not share the same language with Levi, he is a true gentleman and he generously gifted me a bottle of homemade wine, which I am very grateful for. In the backyard there is a large tree and hanging vines that provide ample shade and coolness, where you can sit and relax I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dima's guesthouse and I look forward to returning in the future if I pass through Telavi again Didi madloba!

We had had a wonderful stay at Tiniko's Guest House. The host couple are the sweetest persons you'll ever meet. If going to Telavi I can not urge you enough to book a stay here - you will not regret it.

Fantastic place if you want to enjoy nature and silence. Thank you Misho for the warm welcome with best Georgian brandy and possibility to touch history in one of the oldest wineries in Georgia. A beautiful place in the Alazani Valley near the mountainous region. The hotel is surrounded by historical sites, attractions and wineries. Breathtaking views of the mountains.
