The view was spectacular. I left some clothes in the wardrobe by mistake but it was easy to communicate with the owners and for me to arrange to pick them up a few weeks later.

Nice old school hotel (in good condition, clean). Very pleasant service (people on site, cleaners every day), beautiful views, beach right next to the hotel, no extra charge (dog stay, beach umbrellas). Parking available, wifi works. At first we booked for one night, but we stayed for two more because this hotel and location are a real gem of the southern region. Don't imagine 5 stars (with pools, free alcohol and massage), it's 4 stars and very very good. We have stayed in about 30 hotels across Crete and this one is a really good choice for this region - price/quality ratio, attitude, location on the beach. The funniest thing is that 10 km away is Matala (oversaturated with tourists and expensive) and then you discover such a gem as Kalamaki, kilometers of empty sandy beach right in front of the hotel, and no tourist traps, You have here really authentic taverns, a few cute shops, a beautiful village right on the beach. I've just told you a secret :) And thanks to the hotel owners who organized a very nice free lunch for the guests on Easter.

The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and the large shower (with door) was fantastic. There is a small fridge and also a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee. Our room had both a view of the sea and also the highest mountain on Crete! Antigoni had its own parking lot and so we were always guaranteed a parking spot and was very central for both the 'town' and the beach. Although it is on quite a steep hill, this meant that the views were good and also that we could work off some of the delicious food (and raki). Our host Maria was very friendly and always available if we needed her but we really did have everything for an extremely enjoyable stay.

Palazzo Greco offers an outdoor pool and elegant rooms with the charm of a boutique hotel. Its hillside location boasts stunning views of Mediterranean Sea and Mountain of Ideon.

Beautifully designed, in keeping with the local environment. Loved the olive trees surrounding the place. Really comfortable and fantastic aircon. Nikos very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyable holiday for our first time in Crete. We had a week of busyness exploring the cities and sites in the North, followed by relaxing at Litiniana villas. Was great and special thanks to Nikos who made us feel that we got to know the place a bit, as guests rather than tourists.
