The location was great! In the center of The old town but yet a quiet street. Private parking is a big + and with great instructions we received, we were able to find it without problems. The suite itself was very nice and A/C worked wonders.

Extremely well located hotel with a rooftop restaurant offering a varied menu, a magnificent view of the old port and succulent dishes. Rooms with a sea view actually have a view so beautiful that photos can't do it justice. Staff very welcoming, attentive, nice and responsive at all times. Highly recommendable, the hotel is well equipped and lacks nothing, and the staff are just like all the Cretans we met: as friendly as possible.

The hotel and room itself were nice, clean and provided everything you need for relaxed stay. We chose this accomodation for 1 night to be able to leave comfortably for the airport after Crete holidays. As we travelled with a child, it was pleasant that the room was ready a bit sooner than expected. The rooftop swimming pool with Heraklion view is beautiful and you can enjoy your meals and drinks. Taxi service was very good and quick, too.
