The hosts are very friendly and serviceminded. They do their best to make your stay pleasent. The poolarea is vey nice. Walk through the olive trees and just 150 metres away you find a very nice beach with pebble stones. 10 minutes by car you find a cozy town by the sea with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

Lovely hotel set in extensive grounds. We were upgraded to luxurious villa type accommodation overlooking the pool which was very nice. Location wise you do need a car unless you are happy to enjoy the hotel surroundings and spend time around the pool with the odd trip out by shuttle or taxi. Buffet style food was good and staff very pleasant.

Very pleasant experience. Met by Anna before official check-in time who explained about the room, etc. Room was lovely with lovely spacious balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is really lovely, perfect for families with small children. It has a beautiful garden and a nice pool, just like in the photos. The beach is sandy and long, a few steps from the hotel yard. We would definitively stay there again.

Excellent hotel, just a couple of minutes away from the central street of the resort. Breakfast is delicious, with a great choice of meals, hot dishes are different every day. Rooms are spacious, in very good condition, cleaned daily. Personnel is polite and friendly, we were really happy with the provided service during the whole stay. I'd definitely come back for a vacation!

We LOVED our stay at Hotel Avra! It was our first time in Halkidiki and we were unsure about the best area to stay but we couldn’t have made a better choice. We were a family of 5 and stayed in the family room, which was great and had the most exceptional view of the water. The included breakfast was great! Lots of variety and they changed some of the food each day. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the parking was very handy (although as others have says, the entrance to the carpark is extremely tight).
