Mylos hotel is in the central part of Platanias, close to restaurants, supermarkets and, in particular, it is connected with a truly excellent equipped beach. The apartment was absolutely nice, but what really makes the difference at Mylos Hotel is its receptionist Maria. She is a young, very professional employee, always ready to satisfy any type of request in a very short time and always with a smile on her face. I have no doubt that, if I were to return to Crete in the future, I will choose Mylos hotel again, hoping to find Maria too.

Great place. Very friendly staff. The beach is nice, even though it is not sandy. The sea is warm and clean. The pools are also great. The food is the best hotel food I have ever had, 10/10. The cocktails are good in the bars. The rooms are great. There was also live music every day, a very good one. There are also water sports activities nearby. Amazing place

I think that this was the friendliest hotel I’ve been in since I’ve been in Greece and that’s been for over a month. Olga, in particular, provided great advice to me (an elderly solo traveler), like the best restaurant to go to in Chania and where I should go next, since I was looking for quiet by the sea. She even gave me some beach towels to take!

Excellent staff. Little extras provided for free, such as fruit and beers in the fridge and cake. Very comfy beds and good quality bedding. Spacious room and large and modern bathroom. Our room was east-facing so missed the hot afternoon sun and faced rear garden so was very quiet as well. Everything spotless. Great location 100m from waterfront. What's not to like. .

We had a beautiful double room with a lovely balcony overlooking the Venetian harbour. The decor was divine and the location just perfect surrounded by wonderful restaurants and tiny boutique shops and galleries. The stairs are steep as there is no lift but it was totally worth the effort. The staff were extremely helpful in every way and the breakfast varied and delicious. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises

- Great location, out of the old town, but close enough that you can go and try some of the incredible local restaurants if you want to. - love the design of the property, the rooms were clever and luxurious and super comfortable beds! Also loved the Elemis products to use in our outdoor bath! - staff were amazing, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay special. From flowers and champagne being delivered to our room as it was our honeymoon, to cold towels being delivered around the pool. - the pool area, gym and other facilities were spotlessly clean and beautiful. There was never a fight for seats as there are two pools. - food at the hotel was always high quality. The breakfast was super varied as well.
